Business Problem:

During a meeting with the owner, Tom Coates and his management staff, ITC Communications conducted a thorough business technology communication analysis to uncover opportunities for improvements. We found that their Siemen’s phone system was not well suited for their Call Center environment. It lacked basic call center queuing, announcements, call routing, call and agent reporting. The owner and management were frustrated and wanted ITC Communications to provide recommendations for a new phone system.

Solution:

Based on the Consumer Credit’s business problems and needs ITC Communications recommended and demonstrated an Avaya IP Office, Voicemail Pro, Compact Contact Center, and Tapit Call Reporting. As a result Consumer Credit has grown their business significantly without adding a lot of head count. They now have ACD, Call Queuing, Announcements, Detailed Agent Reporting, and Detailed Call Reporting. The owner and management is very happy with their decision and they are very pleased with how these changes have improved the business communications and made things much easier.

Karl Chevrolet had a long-term relationship with AT&T as its long-distance provider but monthly long distance costs were skyrocketing. Management was very concerned and wanted to know their options.  They were seriously concerned about switching providers due to the potential negative impact to their business which relies heavily on phone use.

Solution:

Karl Chevrolet is a long-term customer of ITC Communications on their Avaya PBX phone system, Our main contact requested that we analyze their monthly phone bills and provide recommendations on changes that would save money without giving up any service or reliability. After our analysis of their phone bills we made recommendations on both their PRI T-1 and Long Distance T-1 services. Management reviewed and approved the recommendations and we implemented the changes the phone services and phone system. The resulting ongoing monthly savings is approximately $4,500.00 or about $54,000.00 yearly. The total savings to date are approximately $162,000.00.

The complexity and cost Whitfield & Eddy’s phone services from Qwest and AT&T were causing management to re-evaluate needs and monthly investment.

ITC’s Solution:

ITC  developed a strong relationship with the key person in charge of the phone system and phone services over a period of time. Based on our success with their phone system they asked us to review their monthly phone bills and make recommendations for potential cost savings and changes to their phone service providers. We conducted a review of their monthly bills and based on that we made recommendations which resulted in a consistent monthly savings of over $4,000.00 or $48,000.00/yearly. The total savings to date are approximately $200,000.00.
