Business Problem:

The complexity and cost Whitfield & Eddy’s phone services from Qwest and AT&T were causing management to re-evaluate needs and monthly investment.

ITC’s Solution:

ITC  developed a strong relationship with the key person in charge of the phone system and phone services over a period of time. Based on our success with their phone system they asked us to review their monthly phone bills and make recommendations for potential cost savings and changes to their phone service providers. We conducted a review of their monthly bills and based on that we made recommendations which resulted in a consistent monthly savings of over $4,000.00 or $48,000.00/yearly. The total savings to date are approximately $200,000.00.
